Graveside Services for Louise Parsons of Exeter, Calif. will be held today, Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018 at 2 p.m. at the Exeter District Cemetery. She passed away in Visalia, Calif. on Jan. 3, 2018 at the age of 96.
Louise Parsons was born in Lamar County, Ala. on Sept. 29, 1921. She attended school in Winfield, Ala. and married Hillard Elmo Parsons on Oct. 18, 1941 in Huntsville, Ala. They moved to Tulare County in 1946 and settled in Exeter. Louise worked for JC Penney and then for Earlibest Packing as a fruit grader for many years.  She was a member of Church of the Nazarene in Exeter. She is preceded in death by her husband, three brothers and one sister.
Louise is survived by her children, Walter C. Parsons (Kathy) of Cottage Grove, Ore. and Michael E. Parsons (Carol) of Clovis, Calif.; her sister Ruby Cagle of Huntsville Ala.; her grandson Ryan M. Parsons (Amy) of Fresno, Calif. and two great-granddaughters Madison and Mackenzie Parsons of Fresno.
