William Rollen Sutton

William Rollen Sutton, 84, died peacefully in his Reno, Nev. home on April 17, 2017 where he was surrounded with love and family. At his request, no service will be held. Willie, or Bill, was born June 26, 1932 in Exeter, Calif. to Ina and Rollen Sutton. He was preceded in death by his wife Marjorie of 42 years. He is survived by his son Derek and two daughters Erin and Kim; 4 granddaughters, Jennifer, Amy, Kelly and Porsche; nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandson. Dad could accomplish anything he set his mind to, one of his favorite things to do was wood working. Dad served in the United States Navy during the Korean and Vietnam wars. He retired from the Navy and then started a career for the U.S. Post O­ffice for 38 years until he eventually retired. Willie was a member of the Elk’s in Battleground, Wash. and the Lions Club in Soap Lake, Wash.
