Robert Earl Moser

Rober Earl Moser was born to Milford and Venita Moser on May 30, 1932 in Vernon, Okla. He passed away at Kaweah Delta Hospital on July 15, 2004 at the age of 72.

He came to Tulare County with his family at an early age. Robert served during the Korean Conflict in the Army and in 1953 married Martha Toole in South Carolina. They settled in Exeter in 1989 and operated a tile business since that time. Survivors include his wife, Martha of Exeter; three children, Rocky Moser and Kimberly Early, both of Exeter and Gina Johnson of Tulare. He is also survived by two brothers, Johnny Colwell of Tulare and Michael Colwell of Oregon; three sisters, Judy Cross and Roxie Colwell of Tulare and Aurelia Kennedy of Susanville; as well as six grandchildren, Ryan Andes, Daniel and Traci Moser, Brooke and Richie Allison and Vince Early.

Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 20 at the Exeter Cemetery with military rites by the Army Military Honors Program in Fresno. Visitation was held from 2-7 p.m. on July 19 at the Smith Family Chapel.
