May 4 – Visalia United Methodist Church, at Akers and Caldwell in Visalia, is hosting a Stephen Ministry Introductory Workshop from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Stephen Series is a ministry system that equips and mobilizes laypeople for effective caring ministry. $15 per person, or $50 for four or more from the same congregation.
