ELECTIONS UPDATE IV – Race finals become more clear, others tigten

ELECTIONS UPDATE

The major upset this election season is still in the Senate 14th where newcomer Melissa Hurtado has successfully unseated republican Andy Vidak, 54 to 45 percent and growing. A second upset possibly brewing is the race between Democratic challenger TJ Cox and Republican incumbent David Valadao. District wide the race continues to tighten and is now within 2,000 votes, 46,279 for Cox and 48,260 for Valadao.
