Exeter Police Department holds next Coffee with a Cop event on Wed., Aug. 1 at Wildflower Cafe

EXETER – If you haven’t had a chance to meet Exeter’s new city administrator and you’re among the 83% of American adults that drink coffee every morning, you’ll have an opportunity to do both next week.

The Exeter Police Department will serve up its latest Coffee with a Cop event from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 1 at Wildflower Cafe, 121 S. E St. in Exeter. Interim chief Jeff McIntosh started the community engagement event last fall to coincide Oct. 4 for National Coffee with a Cop Day. Chief John Hall continued the outreach this spring to introduce himself to the community and is now doing the same for Exeter’s new city administrator Adam Ennis.

No RSVP is required to attend the event. For more information, call the Exeter Police Department at 559-592-3103.
