July 3 – Tulare Noon Kiwanis’ 3rd of July Fireworks Show from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Tulare County Fairgrounds, 215 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Tulare. $5 admission at the gate, kids 5 and under are free. Food, entertainment, and fireworks.

July 3 – Kiwanis of Woodlake’s July 3rd Blast from 6 to 9 p.m. at Woodlake City Park. Family fun, fireworks, kids’ zone, music and food. Free admission.

July 4 – 10K run, 2-mile walk and Horseshoe Tournament in Exeter City Park located at Chestnut and E streets. To register and for more information, call Exeter Community Services at 559-592-5262.

July 4 – The Exeter Lion’s Club presents the 73rd Annual Free Fireworks Show at dusk in Exeter Lions Stadium located on east Rocky Hill Drive in Exeter.

July 6 – Flix at the Fox presents the screening of “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (1971)” starring Gene Wilder at 6:30 p.m. at the Fox Theatre, 300 Main St. in Visalia. Tickets are $5 at ticketfly.com.

July 7City of Visalia’s Indoor Yard Sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Visalia Convention Center. An indoor sale with heating/air conditioning and plenty of free parking. Vendors should go to the online guidelines and application.

July 7 – Comedy Jam: DJ Cooch will perform live standup with Kabir Singh and Manny Maldonado at 8 p.m. at the Fox Theatre, 300 Main St. in Visalia. Tickets are $25-$30 at ticketfly.com.

July 13 – The Blank Tapes with Bigfoot and the Moon will perform at the Cellar Door, 101 W. Main St. in Visalia, from 9:30 to 11 p.m. Tickets are $8 at ticketweb.com. Must be 21.

July 15 – The Lighthouse Boys in their 44th year are on the road performing their brand of great Southern Gospel Music at Bethesda Christian Center, 433 N. E St. in Tulare at 10 a.m. Free; an offering will be taken. For more information, go to eventful.com.

July 20 – Winemaker’s Dinner: J. Lohr will be joining Cafe Lafayette, 151 S. E St. in Exeter, for a three-course meal paired with their fantastic wine at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $100 at eventbrite.com.

July 29 – Quinceañera Expo 2018 at the Visalia Convention Center in Visalia from noon to 4 p.m. Quinceañera vendors, beauty demos, fashion show, discounts and giveaways! Admission is $7 at visaliatix.com.
