Visalia man arrested with child pornography and unregistered gun
Hector Alajandre was in possession of 60 photos, 50 videos of child pornography, firearm and ammunition
VISALIA – A man living north of Visalia was caught with more than 100 photos and videos of child pornography last week.
On May 22, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department’s Cyber Crimes Unit in conjunction with the Central California Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a federal warrant at a residence in the 32700 block of Road 127 in Visalia. Hector Alajandre, 32, was arrested after deputies found at least 60 images and 50 videos of child pornography as well as an unregistered firearm and ammunition.
Alejandre is also a convicted felon out of the state of Illinois. He was arrested and booked at the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department Adult Pre-Trial Facility on charges of possession of child pornography, being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition as well as being in possession of an illegal firearm.

At 5:04 p.m. in the 2100 block of W. Pratt in Visalia, deputies responded to a burglary in progress. Deputies searched the home with the assistance of a K9 and located the suspect, 68-year-old Peter Cline of Lindsay. Cline failed to comply with orders to surrender to deputies so they deployed the K9, which Cline struck several times but was not injured. Cline was taken into custody for burglary and battery upon a law enforcement service animal. The suspect was booked into the Adult Pre-Trial facility.
