Lindsay police officers arrest two for heroine use and possession
LINDSAY – Kids can be unruly at time, especially when they’re teenagers. But rarely does unruly end up in arrested. But that was the case when Lindsay police officers responded to 1849 E. Tulare Rd. for a report of an out-of-control juvenile on the morning of Thursday, Jan. 31.
Upon arrival officers contacted the mother, who advised that her 17-year-old daughter was refusing to get out of the vehicle and had been persistently refusing to obey her rules. The officers contacted the juvenile and she was placed under arrest. She was transported to the police department, cited and released to her mother on a signed promise to appear.
