May 13 – The Exeter Eagles invites the community to join in on their annual Golf Tournament at the Exeter Golf Course (510 W. Visalia Road in Exeter). The format will be four player scramble, and tee-off time will be at 1 p.m. with a shotgun start. Cost is $60 per player, and the price includes green fees, Longest Drive, Closest to the Hole and dinner at the Eagles Lodge (located directly across the street from the golf course. May 18 – Step-Up Youth Challenge, a Red Carpet themed awards event will take place at Visalia’s Fox Theater. This event will recognize schools, in both middle school and high school categories, whose projects exemplified excellence in the impact, Community collaboration, meeting a need and sustainability categories.
