FHCN Strathmore center extends hours of operation

Family HealthCare Network’s Strathmore health center now open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday

STRATHMORE – On Monday, April 16, Family HealthCare Network’s (FHCN) Strathmore Health Center extended its hours of operation. The new Strathmore Health Center opened its doors Feb. 26 with interim hours, but has extend those hours to Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The health center offers family medicine services and is located at 22817 Avenue 196. Free door to door transportation is also available to the site for patients living in Strathmore, Plainview, Lindsay, and the surrounding areas.

The new 5,600-square foot health center features six exam rooms for medical services and administrative space to support the organization’s team-based, patient-centered medical home model. The Strathmore Health Center marks the organization’s twenty-fourth site, and twentieth Community Health Center in Tulare and Kings Counties.
