Kaweah Delta gives web site a facelift
visalia – Kaweah Delta Health Care District (KDDH) has launched a new web site featuring several enhancements to meet the needs of the community using web and mobile technology to obtain health care information.
“The new site has been designed to help people more easily find local medical and health-related information,” said Dru Quesnoy, director of marketing for Kaweah Delta.
“The Kaweah Delta web site is one of the primary ways that community members access information about local physicians, clinics and hospital services.”
The web site was also redesigned to make navigation easier, with many of the links to the medical center’s comprehensive specialty services, local affiliated doctors and clinic locations prominently displayed. The links to patient and visitor information, the MyChart patient portal, the hospital’s career section, and social media pages are also prominently displayed on the home page.
The web site is also a source for the latest hospital news such as expected service expansions and facility upgrades, new physicians coming to the area, an online nursery of newborns and available volunteer opportunities. Quesnoy also noted that the site has been updated with a fresher design and appeal. Additionally it offers a more user-friendly interface on mobile devices, tablets and desktop computers.”
“We’ve designed the new site to be patient-focused, informative and friendly,” Quesnoy said. “With the new web site, we are also able to share patient stories reflecting the quality care available locally to the public in a more direct way.”
