4-legged movie stars to visit Visalia Library 4/22

@TheSunGazette

visalia – Are you ready to get up close and personal with a Binturong? How would you like to meet a movie star, albeit one with fur, whiskers and a tail?

The Friends of the Tulare County Library invite one and all to a fabulously entertaining, yet educational evening with the amazing Jeff Lee of Steve Martin’s Working Wildlife, a renowned name in the world of professional animal training. Jeff shares his expertise in animal behavior and an opportunity to experience wildlife in a way not possible when viewing animals at the zoo. Come hang out with the most fun and delightful animal friends and movie stars at this “after hours” free children’s and family event on Saturday, April 22 at 6 p.m. at the Visalia Branch Library.

Get your tickets first before the evening concludes with the opportunity drawing of the winners for the Friends of the Tulare County Library’s annual Literary ‘Themed’ Basket drawing. Tickets are available at the Visalia Branch Library. With donations only $1.00 per ticket, you can choose several favorites. The basket contents reflect different themes and all contain a book, of course. Proceeds from the basket drawing go to support your favorite library programs, like Steve Martin’s Working Wildlife, for all our branches.

For more information, contact the Tulare County Library’s Visalia Branch at 559-713-2709, visit us online at www.tularecountylibrary.org, or stop by 200 W Oak Ave, Visalia, CA 93291.
