Healthy Color

Being healthy makes your world livelier, richer and fuller. In a sense, it adds the color to your face and life.

That’s why San Joaquin Prime Care is holding an Easter art and coloring contest to get local kids to see more color in their lives. The doctors and staff and San Joaquin Prime Care (SJPC) are urging local children to stop by one of their two clinics and pick up a contest entry form. Forms are available at SJPC in Exeter, located at 333 E. Pine St., and the Farmersville Medical Clinic in Farmersville, at 682 E. Visalia Road. Entries must be returned by March 19.

Entries must be original artwork using crayons, colored pencils, markers or paint. Winners will be chosen on artistic merit and creativity in the following age groups: 0-3, 4-6, 7-9 and 10-12.

Winners will be announced between 3-5 p.m. on Thursday, March 21. One grand prize will be awarded for each of the following age groups: 0-3, 4-6, 7-9 and 10-12. There is a limit of one entry per person. Every entry will receive a treat and be entered into a drawing for one of 25 Easter baskets. You must be present to win the baskets or the grand prize.

The Easter Bunny will also be visiting both clinics later in the month. The big bunny will be at the Farmersville clinic from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, March 21 and at the Exeter clinic from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, March 22. For more information, call SJPC at 559-592-2134.
