Exeter business holds document shred day

20/20 Financial Advisers and 20/20 Employee Benefits will host its annual Community Shred Day for residents of Exeter on Saturday, October 24, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. A mobile shredding truck from Discount Shred will be on hand to shred personal documents for free. The truck is limited on space, documents will be shredded on a first come-first served basis. As a community service, anyone can bring personal paper documents such as old checks, forms and statements, anything with personal information. The event will be held at the office of 20/20 Financial Advisers of Exeter, located at 160 S. E Street (corner of Maple & E Street) in Exeter.Our Shred Day addresses an ever-increasing threat to identity theft and is aimed at helping the residents of our communities to protect themselves from becoming victims.
