Exeter Downtown Merchants kicked off the Christmas season with their 21st annual Christmas Open House.

The first Open House was held on Thursday, Nov. 29, , and not even a little rain could slow down the fun. Families flocked to Mixter Park for a chance to sit with the Santa.
